Some of North Dakota’s nickames are “Peace Garden State” for having- on its frontier with Canada- the famous International Garden for Peace or the “Sioux State” for an important presence of the indians over it’s lame.

Bismarck is it capital. Among its important cities are Fargo, Minot and Dickinson. Its agriculture is prosperous because of the colmeat crops and sunflowers, production of sugar, honey and milk.

For scientific and touristical interesent the bisons may be seen and photographed on many places around North Dakota. The Dinosaur Fossils found on this state are exhibited in several museums. “Dakota Dinosaur Museum” is selected as one of the best.

All Dakota cultures have something in common, that is, Cordiality. In fact “Dakota” is a sioux word meaning “friend”. This state is famous for its hospitality and cultural diversity.

Two of the most important events are the United tribes international Powwow one of the biggest Powwow of the country gathering 1500 indian dancer and drummers of the 70 tribes from the United States, Canada and the Norsk.

Here, on this sunny state, grows the highest amount of sunflowers and it’s produced the highest amount of honey in the whole country.

A place you can visit is Theodore Roosevelt National Park, where the highest tops of the mountaims complete with the bisons.
